I saved teh 17000 email list i have in XLS format to CSV.. I added the email at the top of the one column, and the column is sorted in alphabetical order [no spaces].
When I import the CSV, it says:
Error: this email address is not in a valid format.
All the emails are blah@blah.com[net/org/etc]
what is wrong?
i have also tried making the list shortened to 150 emails, and it still gives me the error
First off, check that there are no spaces either side of the email addresses, then check the file and see if there are too many commas on any row (do this in a text editor such as textpad).
If that doesn't work, try copying the entire column and pasting into a new worksheet in a new spreadsheet and save that as CSV.
